Two Churchville kids heading to Hawaii thanks to The Dream Factory | Community Service

Two children from Churchville will be heading to Hawaii.

14-year-old Zoe and her 11-year-old brother, Cole Favro will be heading to Hawaii to meet Soul Surfer, Bethany Hamilton courtesy of The Dream Factory.

Zoe and Cole both have cystic fibrosis and their mother, Sarah, is blind.

The family will spend a week in Hawaii. Zoe will meet and surf with Soul Surfer, Bethany Hamilton, the young lady who had her arm bitten off by a shark and now inspires people around the world with her strength and faith.

When they return, Cole will receive his dream. Thanks to Pettis Pools, a pool will be installed in the yard and the pool will be fitted with a special salt filter because salt water has been found to be incredibly helpful for children with cystic fibrosis.

Before the family leaves, the Dream Factory will hold a celebration at NY Pizzeria on Lyell Avenue from 12:00pm to 2:00pm.
